CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION: You will be charged 50% of the service price booked for cancelling with less than 48 hours notice. NO SHOW: You will be charged 100% of the missed booked appointment for failing to show up. LATE ARRIVALS: Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not have time to complete the full service. You will still be charged the price of the service booked regardless of what service is provided after arriving late.
